Job Summary


Works with school-based and district personnel in preparation, administration, and interpretation of assessment information.


Essential Functions


1. Maintain systems to monitor the distribution and return of assessment materials.

2. Provide professional development training for both school-based and district staff regarding the distribution, assessment, packaging, and return of assessment materials.
3. Assist school-based personnel in navigating and retrieving information from the various state assessment platforms.
4. Answer procedural questions from school-based and district personnel.
5. Coordinate assessments for students enrolled in private, home, and virtual education settings.

6. Enter assessment scores from states outside of Florida in the student information system.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.




Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Graduate course work in educational research, psychology, or educational administration preferred.


Experience: Professional training and experience in data collection and analysis. Experience in evaluation design and report preparation preferred.


Certifications & Licenses: Florida Department of Education certification.
